Now enrolling K-12th grade.

We offer rolling admissions at GPA, meaning you do not have to wait on an enrollment period to make the change your learner needs. We also offer tours every day of the week so you can pick what works best for your family.

Following your tour, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with an enrollment coordinator who can answer any questions you have about Galileo Preparatory Academy. Want to speak via phone first? No problem! Give us a call at 615-472-1932.

  • We are so excited to meet your family. We begin each enrollment process with a tour, followed by a meeting with an enrollment coordinator. Next, the learner and family will complete our application, which consists of answering several questions and the upload of past academic records (if applicable).

Following the completion of the application, we will schedule one to two Shadow Days for your learner. This allows your learner to experience a day at Galileo prior to enrollment.

After the Shadow Day(s) are complete, the Head of School and/or enrollment coordinator will meet with the family to discuss the expectations of a Galileo learner prior to enrollment.

If all parties feel Galileo is a great place for your learner after completing all previous steps, we will proceed with enrollment! Your family will meet with our Director of Education, Head of School, and an enrollment coordinator to discuss academic planning, etc.

Here’s a snapshot of who our learners are:

Accelerated learners: Since Galileo’s program is self-paced, Galileo learners can move at a faster pace to complete courses.

Learners who travel: Our flexible scheduling allows learners to travel without getting behind on their coursework. Learners can take their work with them virtually or pause their schooling.

Athletes, artists, and tech-focused learners: At Galileo, your learner's schooling can revolve around their passion. Our model allows your learner to explore interests such as sports, art, and technology without worrying about missing school.

Learners in need of support: Our mastery-based, self-paced learning model allows your learner to work on a timeline that best fits their needs. We understand the challenges children today face, from school anxiety to medical needs.
